The Partnership for Education and Research about Responsible Living” (PERL) invites you to share your ideas about a sustainable lifestyle beyond consumption with academics and political decision makers worldwide! The deadline for submission is 15 January 2012.
“Beyond consumption” does not mean “without consumption” but addresses a way of need satisfaction with less and different consumption (particularly in richer populations) and a stronger focus on less commercialized activities.
The author of the best paper is invited to the International PERL Conference in Berlin, Germany, 19-20 March, 2011. PERL will give the winner a travel and accommodation stipend of maximum 750euro to attend the conference. In addition the conference fee will be paid by PERL. The winning contribution will be published in PERL’s conference proceedings.
