Who we are
PERL is a partnership of educators, researchers and practitioners from more than 140 institutions in over 50 countries, and is based on six years of work of the Consumer Citizenship Network. PERL is coordinated at the Hedmark University College in Norway.

PERL partners
PERL partners are universities, research institutes, international organizations, national and local civil society organizations and some small and medium enterprises.
A list of PERL partners and their contact details is organised by country.
UNEP, UNESCO, Consumers International, and the Italian and Swedish Marrakech Process Task Forces work closely with PERL, and PERL also includes some projects from the Swedish Marrakech Task Force on Sustainable Lifestyles.
